Our starting point

We want to reshape the future of working and living.

As impact startup and pioneer in the field of mobile and multifunctional space solutions that adapt flexibly to users' individual space requirements, our interdisciplinary team of experts has launched Yuniti, Yunit and Reyu, a brand new three-part product portfolio that we would now like to develop further together with you.

Yuniti is a mobile and multifunctional living and working space that easily adapts to your individual needs. With the help of an innovative trailer system, the Yuniti Box becomes your flexible companion, giving you the opportunity to live and work almost anywhere.

Yunit is a modular furnishing system that can be mounted almost anywhere and is designed to please the users individual needs. Because of the user-friendly design, you can securely mount the individual modules on the natural wooden support plate and rearrange them again and again according to your ideas.

Reyu it’s the world’s first 100% recycled surface veneer made from high quality wood waste from the yachting industry. Through a special process, different types of wood are reassembled into a unique and sustainable wood veneer.

Our Yunits, the modular furnishing elements, were specially developed to make optimum use of the 10 m2 space of the Yuniti Box and to adapt it flexibly to the user’s own needs. The 100% recycled surface veneer was added because we wanted to make the product as sustainable as possible. All three parts of our product portfolio can therefore be used wonderfully in combination, but also separately.

Our challenge

As part of this year's Industry meets Makers program, we are now looking for:

  1. INNOVATIVE COMPANIES, CITIES/MUNICIPALITIES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS that are interested in developing with us use cases for how Yuniti's modular and mobile offering could be used creatively in their context. In particular, we want to find solutions for pain points in connection with new work, home office and employee satisfaction as well as smart citizen and customer services. We would also like to jointly identify how Yuniti can create added value and support the various players in transforming themselves into future-proofen employers and forward-looking shapers of the living, working, learning, consumption, service and community spaces of tomorrow.

  2. CREATIVE THINKERS, MAKERS, EXPERTS AND POTENTIAL PARTNERS who would like to develop concepts and solutions with us on how we could further expand the autarky, digital service portfolio and range of features of our Yuniti Box, and/or how we could further optimize the implementation and (series) production of our product portfolio.

The impact startup Yuniti Innovations GmbH was founded in July 2023 for the development of pioneering mobile and multifunctional space solutions. It is part of List Holding GmbH and also a sister company of the traditional family business General Contractor GmbH (List GC), which has been realizing interior and exterior living spaces for customers around the world for decades as a general contractor for exquisite yacht and building construction projects.
