A 4-DAY FUTURE TECH CO-CREATION SESSION
***
From June 26th till June 29th we are organising in cooperation with Digital Makers Hub, UAS St. Pölten, IV Niederösterreich, GEMINI Startup Base, Innovationsraum 3, INN.Kubator and further partners the 5th edition of our 4-day future tech bootcamp in hybrid format. It will be accessible online via zoom and chat as well as on site at the UAS St. Pölten, the GEMINI Startup Base in Salzburg and the INN.Kubator in Passau.
This zoom link will take you to our bootcamp main stage and the breakout session rooms for the duration of the event.
Here you can register for the IMM chat tool that we will use for our ongoing communication during the 4 days.

OUR CO-CREATION PROCESS
***
This bootcamp is a special event concept of Industry meets Makers, which in essence works like an intensive miniature model of the four-month main programme. Industrial companies present "briefings" (= challenges) and invite makers – freelance developers, hobbyists, students, start-ups and SMEs – to work with them on initial solutions within just 4 days. Technology partners, local maker space operators and experts support the teams during the process by providing the necessary infrastructure and in-depth know-how.
CURRENT PROGRAMME PLANNING STATUS
***
We know that hardly anyone can really participate in a programme of this kind for 4 days at a time and that every concept of life brings with it different requirements and freedom. We have therefore tried to arrange the process according to the hop-on-hop-off principle.
DAY 1
On June 26th we start with a pitching and matchmaking session. In the morning our briefing, technology and space partners will present their challenges and available tools, components, materials and machines and answer first questions.
In the afternoon, there will be the opportunity to get to know each other, develop plans and ideas for the coming days and form groups.
DAY 2 + 3
On June 27th and June 28th we will focus fully on the development work.
In the morning and early afternoon we hold bootup and reboot meetings where participants can inform each other about their progress and give each other tips.
During the rest of the time you can work cooperatively around the clock according to your individual feasibility and preferences.
DAY 4
On June 29th the participating IMM teams and briefing partners will present the results achieved during the 4-day bootcamp and the 4-month #IMM2023 development process and give an outlook on how they would like to proceed with the projects afterwards.
Around 1 pm we will move on to a final summer party with BBQ in a relaxed setting.
LOCAL SIDE EVENTS
On Tuesday at 10:00 am an innovation café on the topic of "Creative Industries & Digital Media" will take place on a small scale at the UAS St. Pölten.
On Wednesday at 5 pm there will be a WTZ Ost STEAM panel discussion on the topic of "Visual Digitisation & Arts" at the UAS St. Pölten.
On Thursday morning the results will be presented and from noon onwards they will be celebrated with barbecues and drinks in St. Pölten, Salzburg and Passau.
